Payments engineering
Twelve years moving money — from the interface to the infrastructure.
I build the systems that move money. For twelve years that has been one continuous thread — payments — approached first from the interface, and over time from the machinery underneath it.
I started at the pixel: design and frontend work through the mid-2010s. Then remittance — moving money across borders. Then crypto. Now cards, UPI, and EMV 3DS: the certification-bound plumbing beneath a card payment. I moved down the stack without leaving the surface behind. The interface still matters, and knowing how it feels is part of building the thing beneath it.
That combination is the point, and it's a rare one. Design-literate, and fluent in the protocols and certification that card payments actually run on. Not many people sit in both rooms.
This site is deliberately short and opinionated. If you want the complete, searchable record, that's what LinkedIn is for. What follows is the part that's harder to fake.
